Product Description Nothing compares to a warm towel on a chilly morning! Heated Towel Warmers are the perfect way to keep your towels dry and toasty! Our convenient wall-mounted towel warmer is heated by a 70 watt electric Filotherm element, so safe and energy efficient you can leave it running 24 hours a day. An added benefit to this feature is that, while not intended to heat a room, it will help control moisture in a damp room. This makes it perfect for rooms that are prone to mildew, and ideal for drying the humid sea air from boat cabins! Also great for hanging delicate hand washables to dry and makes a wonderful warmer for blankets and clothes! Towel heaters are a great place to hang wet swimsuits and towels in the summer, and wet coats and gloves in winter, too! This towel warmer is soft wired, has a 7' power cord, and plugs into any standard electrical outlet. Available in Chrome and White. . A restocking fee will be deducted if this item is returned.
Amazon.com Review Designed to duplicate the luxury of spas while cutting down on must and mildew, this Warmrails wall rack heats towels, warms baby clothes, and dries delicates and swimwear. Free of liquid and oil, the rack uses a dry Filatherm element that runs on less energy than the average light bulb requires. It is hot to the touch but not hot enough to scorch, making it suitable for bathrooms, changing rooms, and walk-in closets. The design includes four roomy hanging bars in a compact area and a simple on/off rocker switch. It is painted a clean white for easy coordination with most decors. Warmrails guarantees that the rack is UL- and CUL-listed and warranties it for one full year. The unit measures 26-1/2 by 29 by 3-3/4 inches and plugs into a standard three-prong outlet. --Emily Bedard

Farewell to clammy wet towels; they're toasty warm now. Mildew is no longer a problem. And- added bonus- this towel rack also dries delicates and sweaters. "Hang to dry" over a towel- it works beautifully.
A must have for anybody February 23, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you have this one - the days of damp towels are over. We fit 3 towels on it all the time, folded and by the time we reach for a towel - it's nice and dry and warm :) I have used the different brand chrome one, that was free-standing and it was getting boiling hot, either because it's different brand or because it's chrome. So I'd get scalded from time to time, and the towels burn a little if folded more than twice, getting the yellow burn marks. I switched to this one because I was afraid of my son getting scalded as he was getting more mobile. This one I have in different size in all bathrooms - works great.
Warmrails December 12, 2008 Having lived in Europe and New Zealand a warm towel rail is fairly commonplace in most household bathrooms. With winter coming I wanted to find a similar product that would work for our bathroom. And this one did. It was shipped quickly. Easy to install. So far it works as promised with little heat loss when no towels hanging on it and helps keep the bathroom dry and warm as well. I did not hardwire it so the only issue I would have liked is a flat plug rather than standard so I could have snugged it up behind a wall unit. It does get hot to the touch for little ones so I would recommend mounting out of reach for sure.
Nice for drying things out February 25, 2006 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
These definitely are a high-quality item, and they do actually dry towels and swim suits out nicely, but if you are looking for something that provides a roastingly hot towel for when you get out of the shower, this is not it. It is not the same as getting a hot towel just out of the clothes dryer. But the product itself is worth the money for quality.
