A warm towel feeling March 24, 2007 28 out of 30 found this review helpful
The Warmrails Hampton is as advertised. It warms the towel all over. My wife has a $500.00 heated towel rack and the Hampton does just as well at about one quarter the price. My previous towel warmer was 3 rows of separated rods for heat which only warmed the towel in specific areas, not all over. I couldn't be happier with this new towel warmer.

Its design is very good, and it is not too hot (enough hot to warm) so when you forget your things on it, they do not burn.
Nothing like a warm towel on a cold morning December 10, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I read reviews on many different towel warmers. I wanted to get it as a gift. But I didn't want to get something that I knew from the start had a lot of flaws. One of my requirements, it had to be free standing. So that eliminated the wall mount units. In the reviews I read, this one seemed like it would be the best for our needs. It also made sense that it had large flat panels instead of bars. After all, the towel is only going to get warm on the surfaces it touches. We have now had this unit for 1 year. We've had time to put it to use. We coundn't be happier with the results. It does a great job of warming the towels. Just as it was supposed to. You can't throw a towel on and have a toasty warm in 5 minutes, but it doesn't take hours either. You can however leave it on for hours if you wish. We are very happy and warm.
Toasty Warm August 24, 2007 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I purchased this item to use in the new bathroom that my husband and I just had built. Not only does it look great but there is nothing quite like stepping out of a shower and wrapping up in a nice warm towel. I just hang the damp towel back on it and the next time I use it it's like pulling it out of the clothes dryer. The towel is fluffy, warm and it smells terrific. I especially like the flat panels as that seems to disperse the heat over the whole towel as opposed to just having bars. I highly recommend this for an enjoyable "drying" experience.

While not as nice feeling as a hot water based towel warmer, this unit still feels a bit like Europe. I came to love my towel warmers while overseas and I must say that I even became partial to wanting one every time I came home from business trips. This is a luxury item for most Americans, but it is one that you'll grow to love very quickly. There's just nothing like a warm towel when you get out of the shower. This unit is my second towel warmer and is better than the first one I acquired abroad as it is very well built and much larger. However, I did wish it came with the wall mounts instead of as a separate accessory. Overall though, the unit dries towels, delicates, pool clothes, head and hand towels very quickly. It has enough space for 2 full sized towels and perhaps room for one small towel or garment, in the center.
