Product Description
Wouldn't it be great to feel like somebody special every morning? With the Regent style towel rack, you're sure to feel like royalty. The Regent style towel rack warms your towel to toasty perfection for your use, and efficiently dries it when you are done. A staple in European homes, a towel warmer can warm and dry not only towels, but quickly dries delicate clothing as well. Even those wet scarves, gloves and sweaters that seem to pile up during the rainy season will be safely dried by this towel warmer. Economically practical, this towel warmer runs on only pennies a day, and by drying your wet towels quickly and preventing them from becoming musty, it reduces the need to constantly wash and dry towels - saving you time and money. Easy to mount to your bathroom wall. Constructed of steel and available in 3 finishes - chrome, polished brass and satin nickel. Assembly level/degree of difficulty: Easy. A restocking fee will be deducted if this item is returned.

5 out of 5 stars Warm and Dry   April 7, 2007

We purchased this for our new house, and it delivers! We have warm, dry towels (not hot, not mildewy) when we reach for them every morning. We put it on a plug-in timer so it only runs an hour before we need to use it and another hour or so after, and we've had nothing but clean, dry towels. We hard-wired ours and mounted it on the wall, and it looks clean and classy and works great. This is also a great size--don't be convinced by bigger-is-better--there are plenty of rungs and we fold our towels twice and they work great. We liked it so much we got one for our kids--four towels, clean and dry. Good value, great product.

Purchasing this unit is the greatest thing I could have done for my bathroom. NO more musty smelling towels, and always dry for after a shower. The unit is hot, but certainly not burning to the touch, and DON'T expect it to create "Dryer warm" towels, just dry, clean smelling towels. I want to put one in the other bathroom, once I can figure out how to run electricity to that point.
BTW, mine was hardwired, and it looks perfect, like it really belongs there.

i have had this item now for a few months. it works very nicely. the towels are warm and fresh. the product does not look cheap to me. it is obviously not as nice as some of the ones for 10 times the price, but it is nice. the hardwiring is really what makes it so much better. no chords hanging along the walls.

5 out of 5 stars PERFECT for Green & Busy Moms !   September 18, 2008

I can't say how happy I am with this product! I bought two last xmas when we knew we were moving to a new house and it's cut down on the amount of laundry I have to wash, it delivers nice warm toasty towels and dries them quickly. No marks on the walls so far (I was concerned with the heat maybe the walls would get yucky.. but nope)!!

You get the best results if you layer towels (don't try to weave them or put them on single). I've had as many as 4 towels on this rack and they dry quickly and all are warm !

One of ours is not hardwired the plug is at the bottom behind the side rung - you can't even tell it's there. I had it set up to hard wire, but then I realized I wanted an extra outlet (should have put one in the master closet! LOL) so it worked out well for us ... I just had the electrican shorten the cord so it just plugs in and that's it.
