I was a bit hesitant to make this purchase based on the reviews, but these filters are so difficult to find, I took the plunge. The price is really pretty reasonable too. They arrived and I opened the box and sure enough there are 12 boxes of 40 filters. I don't know if I was just lucky, or they finally realized their mistake and made the appropriate changes. I would make this purchase again.

I bought these filters from Amazon to use in my new Black & Decker DCM7 Cup-At-A-Time Coffeemaker, White. I looked in a few different supermarkets but could not find this size, although today, more than a month later, I was surprised to find them at Whole Foods, but for a higher price than I paid per pack on Amazon. I'm glad I bought them though, they work great in my coffee maker for a single cup. They are sturdy and I have not had one burst or rip yet. A good coffee filter, as are all of the Melitta filters, and does the job.

We have never been more pleased! After receiving a single cup coffee maker at Christmas, my husband realized the 'permanent' filter still allowed dregs to filter through. The search for this #1 size filter kept us looking for months since we live more than 1/2 hour from any city with size. He now has enough to last a year or more! He reports that they work great! Delivery was fast (and free)! Thank You!

Melitta One-Cup Coffee Filters have pretty much disappeared from the shelves at the stores where I shop. Getting them online for this price is a bargain, even with S&H. And I make the savings grow by ordering enough packages to keep my coffee mug full at least once a day for a full year.
