Product Description Fiesta Black 149 18-Ounce Jumbo Cups, Set of 4
Amazon.com Review These jumbo Fiestaware cups are a fitting tribute to the product line introduced in 1936 and still beloved in the 21st century. Adding original Fiestaware's signature art deco design and bold palette to the grande-size mug popularized by the coffee craze of the last two decades, these cups successfully merge old and new. Their 18-ounce capacity and 4-1/2-inch diameter make them ideal for coffee, soup, or even dipping cookies in milk. They are more contemporary in appearance than many other Fiestaware pieces and mix well with casual contemporary dishes or with the full spectrum of Fiestaware products in different colors. Match these cups with Fiestaware jumbo saucers for a cup and saucer set. --Emily Wolf

handy for food as well as beverages October 3, 2001 25 out of 25 found this review helpful
I have the jumbo mugs in several colors. Since Fiestaware is microwave safe, these mugs are a wonderful size for heating up a snack of leftover casserole or spaghetti. They're good for my morning hot oatmeal or my husband's cold cereal -- we tend to eat breakfast slumped on the couch as we try to wake up, and these cups are MUCH better than bowls for zombie couch-sitting eaters. If you're a leftovers snacker or couch-lounging breakfaster like we are -- get two sets; you'll use them that often!

You simply cannot have too many of these cups. They are just the right size to store leftovers, to nuke a snack, to cook lots of things in single portions. They are fabulous soup bowls. They fit three-across in the front of the bottom rack of the dishwasher tipped up on the side, and tuck into the top rack easily. The handles are super, a good size, very useful when taking the cups out of the microwave. Get lots.
Great, Multipurpose August 24, 2003 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
I have these and love them. I'm glad I didn't waste my time with some look-alikes I saw. These are the same quality as the rest of my Fiestaware and match perfectly. I use these for hot cocoa loaded down with marshallows, chili, soup, cereal. It's a bowl, it's a cup. The cup is heavy enough that it can sustain some abuse from daily use and keep you from getting burned by the hot stuff inside. I really love these cups!
Wonderful Color April 25, 2002 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I saw the red (cinnabar) color and immediately thought of my coffee, it would look wonderful against the red color of the mug. I hated the green cups that I have now, and really wanted a new set, so I asked for these for my birthday. The cups came in today and the color is perfect, I LOVE them. It would have been nice if they came with saucers, but for a cup this large it would have been more like a small plate than a saucer. I can't wait to use them tonight after dinner. Definately a two-handed mug. I am so excited.
Fiestaware Jumbo Mugs November 25, 2001 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Truly, these mugs are the best. I use them for microwave soup and hearty stews. They keep the liquids hot and are perfect for a large cappucino on Sunday mornings! For some folks, they might be too heavy for daily use. I like to keep one filled with my favorite cup of tea all day.
