Extremely Cozy! November 13, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I purchased this after my old down comforter began to lose it's feathers and I am very glad I did! With the pockets the stuffing doesn't ball up at the bottom like my old comforter and stays evenly distributed. Also it is very cozy for the cold nights but not so hot that my husband protests it being on the bed. I highly recommend this for use in any duvet.
great buy for price! December 22, 2008 When it arrived it looked really small but it is so fluffy and soft! We love it and it keeps you wrm without being heavy. We have had ice storms for over a week now and have not had to turn up the heat even with just this one blanket on our bed.
SNUG LIKE A BUG :-) November 20, 2008 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
Eventhough I have several other comforters, I couldn't pass up the fanastic price, style and comfort. Each evening I look forward to curling up in this plush down comforter. With Mr. Frost on the way - I'm snug like a bug !
Very good, but not quite great, comforter December 29, 2008 Like the title says, this is a very good, but not quite great, comforter. The down alternative seems to be shifting a little bit within the exterior fabric. Either that, or there are just a few spots where it's thinner than everywhere else. But it was a really good price and overall, it's perfect for the Houston "cold" season (if you can call our winters cold). With the duvet I put it in, it will almost certainly be too warm for summer, but for four or so months of the year, it's excellent.
They're too thin. December 2, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
The down comforter I bought is very thin in insulation. I thought the picture they advertised look thick but the real down comforter I recieved a thin and light one. Anyway, it is good for $37 but not the real warm comforter I was hoping for.
